At the start of lockdown for the COVID-19 outbreak I decided to set myself a goal to raise money for the The Rainbow Centre in Folkestone. They provide support and hope to individuals and families experiencing deprivation or hardship. I felt it was important to support those less fortunate than ourselves at this difficult time. We are so lucky to have homes and food and this was all accentuated with the conditions of the lockdown. Definitely food for thought.
With the help of the participants of my Friday yoga classes and the generous donations of family and friends we raised £310. Amazing!
