BRINGING YOGA TO YOU
I provide sessions online or onsite for companies, organisations, universities, schools, community groups and festivals.
The approach is simple - I understand that taking time to revitalise ourselves in both body and mind is essential if we want to function productively at work and be able to relax at the end of the day.
The sessions can run before the work day starts, scheduled into the lunch hour or be a lovely way to finish the day. I can also provide one off sessions to be part of a team building event for companies or conferences.
