Hot Stuff Yoga and Wellbeing Course
This course is for those transitioning into a new phase of life, the unknown territory of changes physically and mentally for woman experiencing any stage of peri-menopause, menopause and after. Come and be part of this community of like minded women to nurture your wellbeing. In this sisterhood Brigit will guide you through sequences specifically designed to support fluctuations of hormones, soothing yoga poses and breathing to assist the nervous system, encourage deep sleep and clear the mind. Alongside the yoga you will gain knowledge of somatic techniques to release tension, breath practices to counteract stress, nutritional advice to support hormones and balancing guided meditations. She will encourage you to use your creativity and journal as an option to help dissolve old narratives and blossom into this new phase. Option apon request to be supported by a phone App for daily reminders and accountability.

This restorative course is for you if you would like to tune in to a deep level of serenity, remember who you really are, re-energise and re-centre. The emphasis is on soothing your nervous system within a safe space to truly nurture and release. This carefully curated holistic combination of restorative techniques, creativity and support group will let you savour and rebalance your energy, create energetic openings to new beginnings and help you share your beauty, truth and being with the world. Aimed at 35 yrs + but also available to those younger.
