WELCOME 👋
Be a founding member of the OFFLINE ART CLUB here in Folkestone. A community to bring together like minds that want to create, learn, inspire and thrive. 
We believe having an inquisitive mind, learning to problem solve and being intuitive are all life skills that help in every arena in life. Being an artist reinforces fine motor skills, spacial awareness, incorporates mathematics and engineering and also induces focus, calm and confidence. 
What's more, and incredibly important .. it's fun!
 
This will be an hour and a quarter duration with a 5 week term to work on projects designed to hone creative and artistic skills
What we will cover:
 
Use of colour, textiles, painting & drawing, graphic design, metalworking skills,
photography, printmaking
 
Led my Brigit a set designer and artist working in industry and able to transfer knowledge and creative employability skills to her students. 'Art is equally valuable as a past time or career, so let's do it with passion and joy'.
Suitable for years 7-12 yrs old.
 
The class will run on a Thursday at the studio in Cheriton, details on request
 
Starting on 17th September for 5 weeks
4pm - 5.15pm
